DHIKR – Every Friday after Asr (7:15PM)
Our dhikr and mawlid gatherings play a vital role in the spiritual, social, and emotional well-being of the participants, contributing to a holistic approach to religious practice and community life.
These gatherings foster a sense of community and brotherhood/sisterhood among participants. It brings together individuals who share a common faith, promoting unity and mutual support.
Engaging in dhikr can have a calming effect on the mind and body. The repetitive nature of the chants and the focus on divine names or attributes can help reduce stress and anxiety, leading to a sense of inner peace and tranquility.
They also reinforce one’s faith (iman) and reliance on Allah. It serves as a reminder of the believer’s purpose in life and the importance of maintaining a strong relationship with the Creator.
