Our Academy Philosophy

Our vision is to see happiness, wellbeing, success, love, and peace in every home in Pendle. Every home will be free of poverty, hunger, and difficulties and he NCM Academy will be a key part of the work in striving to fulfill this vision.

The Academy will help people to develop a set of values, attitudes, skills, and behaviors that will support their development and help to contribute to their success. The Academy will focus on providing education and knowledge to people of all ages. The training, skills, and support we provide will enable our youth to tackle the challenges faced by our communities in Pendle and beyond.

We are looking to nurture leaders, through coaching and mentoring, who will design, develop, and implement projects which will benefit the whole community.

The aim is to nurture in each student the Prophetic personality and character based upon love, compassion, mercy, and empathy. This will help them to improve the wellbeing of our communities in Pendle.

Academic Syllabus

To achieve success in developing our future leaders we have designed the following syllabus:

  • Key stage 1 (Ages 6-9)
  • Key stage 2 (Ages 10-15)
  • Adults (men and women)

Some of the areas that the Academy will focus on are:

  • Aqeedah and belief
  • Fiqh
  • Spirituality
  • Seerah
  • Tajweed
  • Character building
  • Youth Leadership Programme to develop future leaders
  • Educational seminars for New Muslims
  • Mental health awareness
  • Family workshops such as parenting, marriage
